I have a makeup brush obsession. I have a lot of makeup brushes. Like A LOT. One time I spent 2 hours inside the Morphe store. Making sure I bought a brush for every single step in my makeup application process. I did a TON of research prior to entering the store. What do you need for contouring?, concealer?, eyeliner??, etc. And makeup brushes are not cheap. So if I’m going to spend all this money on makeup brushes, I want to take care of them! In this post I will be sharing 6 products that will maintain your makeup brushes and keep them in perfect condition.… [ VIEW POST ]

- In the morning, let sunlight in and make your bed – I know this one seems like a no-brainer, but lettings sunlight in and making your bed instantly makes your room look brighter and feel cleaner.
Let’s talk about my newest obsession. My new acupressure mat. What is an acupressure mat you ask? It’s basically a mat and pillow with thousands of tiny acupressure points to relieve muscle tension, back pain, stress, headaches, etc. Basically everything that I deal with on an everyday basis. I find myself stressed out, A LOT. Little things that don’t stress normal people out, stress me out. Then again I’m not normal, at all. I’ve been researching new ways to deal with stress and that’s when I found about acupressure mats.
Acupressure mats are a natural way to relieve our bodies of some of the stress and pain that we endure everyday.… [ VIEW POST ]
I get a lot of questions about what skincare products I use, so I’m sharing them with you guys today! I like to keep things very simple because I’ve found that using too many products irritates and dries my skin out. I know some people will get one pimple and literally put every product possible on their face to get it to go away. Safe to say this technique is usually ineffective and will make things worse. The products I use are very affordable and can be purchased at Target, Sephora or your local drugstore. I am in no way a doctor, only self-diagnosed by webmd (joking).… [ VIEW POST ]
Hi guys! Soo yes you read the title right: I stopped getting acrylic nails — and here’s what happened. I got my first set of acrylic nails when I was in elementary school (young I know). Ever since then I’ve got them done every now and then. But usually I would only get them filled once or twice before eventually biting them off with my teeth. Gross, I know. Well the other day my nail lady asked me why I get acrylics, since I don’t keep them that long. Which got my thinking… why do I wear acrylic nails? I originally got them because I used to be a severe nail biter and wanted my nails to grow.… [ VIEW POST ]

“The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals.” – Melody Beattie
Where did 2016 go?! It honestly went by faster than Kylie Jenner’s lip kits sell out. However, with New Years Eve right around the corner, and 2017 basically breathing down my neck (ew), I’ve decided to set some goals for myself and help you guys do the same. Don’t get me wrong, I believe that it’s never too late (or too early) to start fresh or to set a new goal for yourself.… [ VIEW POST ]
I’m usually not one to go online and leave a bad review for a product because quite frankly, I don’t care enough. I’ll just make a mental note to never purchase anything from that brand again. But I felt like I needed to discuss the lip balm that lit.er.ally burned my lips.
I’ve always used lip balms…. which I hate because I honestly believe they are addicting, but since I’ve used them for so long, my lips are used to it. I also believe that companies purposely make them dry your lips out so you have to buy more. How else would they stay in business?… [ VIEW POST ]
